I sometimes squirt. We got this for our Pure Wand which (awesome but) can cause a gush when you get into it. The liquid pools for a minute but spreads, and is absorbed enough to carry the blanket for washing - no liquid on sheets below.

After we got a new mattress a year ago and discovered some... real stains on it, I of course got a mattress protector to go under the sheet, but the sheets can get spots on them too! We had tried a cheaper waterproof blanket (like $30) off A*****, and it was OK but has a furry side that I didn't like how it balled up and also got lubricant caught in the fuzz, so this Solina blanket was an interesting test to see if it worked better -

Honestly should have thought of this years ago. It's a great idea to have a real waterproof blanket, instead of scrounging for an old towel, then making sure it stays positioned under our bodies, every time I wand to have period sex. This covers across our bed.
